This vibrant and refreshing dish is perfect for the season that brings longer days and warmer weather.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) pasta, uncooked
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) canned salmon, drained
- 1 1/2 fresh lemons, juice and zest
- 1 can (15 ounce) sweet peas, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- fresh green onions, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the package's instructions.
- While the pasta cooks heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds or less).
- Add the salmon to the skillet and warm thoroughly while using a fork to break it into smaller chunks. Add the lemon juice and zest.
- Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in cooked pasta, a splash of the pasta water, peas, salt and pepper.
- After pasta is completely coated, top with green onions, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
