Georgians Receiving Insightful Telenutrition Seminars – also known as GRITS – is an innovative approach to deliver telenutrition education and counseling to older adults in senior centers, places of worship, and in the home. With all content created by a team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, each lesson follows evidenced-based guidelines that are taught in a practical and fun way.
