A Family Affair

WHEN ERICA WAS ENROLLED IN A 6-WEEK COURSE DESIGNED TO HELP LOW-INCOME FAMILIES LEARN TO SHOP, COOK AND EAT HEALTHIER, SHE HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH IT WOULD IMPACT HER LIFE.

Food has just always been a part of my life. But I knew there were still a lot of things I could learn so that I could provide healthier options for my family. And believe me, I did learn a lot.
